Time to see if your project
will catch the interest of
our discerning partners
A word of advice: don’t design a project that you think will attract money. Ask God what He wants you to do, and seek finances for that. It will come across as much more authentic and real
2019 Grant Applications are now being accepted (Download the Application Form at bottom of this page)
Deadline for applications for funding in 2019 – 5.00pm UK time on Friday 18th January 2019.
It is acceptable to add an amount for the administration of the project, provided the amount is clearly shown.
Do not “pad out” the costs. Our partners did not become capable of giving generously by being stupid. If your project makes it through to the due diligence stage of the process and we discover that your costs have been grossly over–stated, your application will most likely end at that point.
No applications will go through to the final distribution process in May of each year from nations which are not up–to–date with their annual Ministry Report forms, and have them fully completed and submitted to the satisfaction of YFCI HQ in Denver.
No applications will be considered from nations who have without very compelling reason refused permission for the Foundation to fundraise in their nation.
Deadline for applications for funding in 2019 – 5.00pm UK time on Friday 18th January 2019. These MUST be received by the deadline, together with the application fee, otherwise the application will not be considered.
15 February 2019 – Grades come back from the Project Partners and are aggregated. These show which projects have floated to the top and are likely to get funding, and which have, regrettably, sunk to the bottom!
15 March 2019 – Due diligence reports on the successful applications to be back in FFTN office
1–4 May 2019 – Distribution Gathering, Kansas City, USA. Ministry Partners decide who gives what to which.
May/June 2019 – Checks arrive.
31 December 2019 – First reports due to FFTN.
Meanwhile, as soon as the May Distribution meetings have concluded, Foundation staff will begin the cycle again for 2020, seeking another cohort of ministry partners with a vision for youth outreach around the world.
